We invite all those who are interested and passionate about film to join us in a workshop where we will explore how fictional or documentary films are developed during the editing process. The workshop is open to everyone, whether you have experience in filmmaking or are learning for the first time. The program will cover the role of the editor, their collaboration with the director, and will reveal the approaches and methods that make a film better.
Enis Saraçi is a film editor, born in 1992. He completed his master’s studies in Editing at the FAMU Academy in Prague. Saraçi has been editing feature and documentary films since 2014. As an editor, his work has contributed to award-winning films shown at prestigious festivals such as Cannes, Sundance, Berlinale, and Toronto. His notable projects include the feature film “Zgjoi,” directed by Blerta Basholli, a three-time Sundance winner. The film was also on the shortlist for an Oscar nomination. He has also worked on the short films of Samir Karahoda, “Pa vend” and “Rrugës,” which competed for the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. In recognition of his contribution, Saraçi was honored with the Annual Cinematography Award by the Ministry of Culture of Kosovo in 2023.
