Eranda Bokshi is a young author from Pristina. She began writing poetry at a young age and later pursued studies in philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Prishtina. In addition to poetry, Eranda writes short stories, often infused with philosophical elements. Her work has been published by various institutions and publications. Beyond writing, Eranda is deeply involved in art and culture, with a growing interest in incorporating different mediums, such as film, as forms of self-expression. She actively engages in social initiatives, focusing on topics like mental health, women’s rights, and education in Kosovo. Her intellectual interests include ecology, feminism, critical theory, and other areas of contemporary philosophical thought.In the future, she aims to explore new creative avenues, combining her philosophical insights with different artistic forms. This includes experimenting with multimedia projects, developing a platform for critical discussions on art and culture, and writing works that blend fiction with philosophical inquiry.
Eranda is a beneficiary of the “Matanë” Residency program for 2024, a collaboration between Shtatëmbëdhjetë in Prishtina, Art House in Shkodra and Kontrapunkt is Skopje. Eranda is part of the residency program in Skopje.
